Social Media is a term used to describe the social relationships that are happening in the internet. Branding, as a science that tries to give a Brand the proper visibility through an optimized message, should be in this market 100%. Brands can’t avoid to be there nowadays.

To get, keep and mantein your online reputation, Brands will have to deal with all the social media in internet, which somehow is totally uncontrolable. It does not mean that Brands should ignore this important tool, because you can’t change what people is going to say about you, but you can make a positive influence and even better, you can correct your mistakes and improve they way customers see you and your brand.
